Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for Simple Move subscriptions and purchases. Simple Move includes the Simple Move mobile application, the website moves.simple.life, and related services, features, content, communications, subscriptions, and support channels.
Simple Move is provided by Simple.Life Apps Inc and AM APPS Ltd. In this Policy, "Company", "we", "us", and "our" refer to those companies. This Policy is part of the Terms of Use and is binding when you accept the Terms of Use.
Cancellation and refund methods differ based on how you purchased your Simple Move subscription. Website purchases and app store purchases follow different processes.
1. Subscriptions Purchased Through Our Website
Regular subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with Simple Move, you may be eligible to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund if you contact us within 30 days after a subscription charge. This includes the initial subscription charge or a later charge after your subscription auto-renews.
Commitment subscriptions
From time to time, we may offer commitment subscriptions that let you subscribe to Simple Move for a predetermined duration, such as 3 months or 10 months, at a reduced monthly price.
Generally, commitment subscriptions cannot be canceled until the commitment period expires. The exceptions are:
- You cancel based on an applicable cooling-off period in your jurisdiction; or
- You contact support@simplemoves.life within 7 days after purchasing a commitment subscription and request cancellation. In this case, you will still be charged the applicable price for the first month of your commitment plan, but you will not be charged for later months.
If none of these exceptions apply, you may need to pay a non-refundable cancellation fee of USD 29.99, or its equivalent in another currency, to cancel before the commitment period expires.
How website refunds are processed
After we receive your refund request, we will notify you by email if your request is approved. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take around 14 days to be processed.
You must cancel your subscription no less than 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid further charges. Deleting the Simple Move app does not cancel your subscription. You should cancel the subscription before deleting the app.
2. Subscriptions Purchased Through an App Store
If you purchased your Simple Move subscription through an app distribution platform, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellation and refund requests must be handled through that platform. We cannot directly refund purchases processed by an app store unless the platform allows us to do so.

- For Google Play purchases, follow Google's refund instructions at support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.
3. Cooling-Off Period
This section applies only to subscriptions purchased through our website. If you purchased through an app store, please contact that app store directly.
Some states and countries give customers a legal right to cancel and request a refund during a cooling-off period. The terms and length of the cooling-off period differ by jurisdiction. We review refund requests based on applicable law on a case-by-case basis.
If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel your subscription before midnight of the third business day after the purchase date, we will fully refund your payment.
If you are an EEA or UK resident, you have the right to cancel your subscription and request a full refund without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from your purchase date, unless you expressly consent to the immediate start of your subscription and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
To exercise a withdrawal or refund right based on an applicable cooling-off period, you must tell us about your decision before the cooling-off period expires by post or email:

Cooling-off periods are generally not applicable to gift cards, courses, or workbooks.
4. Important Statement
This Policy is part of the Terms of Use. Any translation of the English version of this Policy is provided only for convenience. If there are differences between the English version and a translation, the English version controls and is the legally binding version.
